In compliance with the health requirements dictated by this pandemic—which is changing all our lifestyles—the buildings feature pleasant, comfortable environments suitable for working from home, in areas with excellent natural ventilation and open, inspiring views.
Ventilation and sunlight, always essential for a good quality of life, have now become indispensable for maintaining health and working without the feeling of confinement that is so harmful to people.
To this end, the Premium Lofts feature: 2 well-oriented balconies, one on each floor—one in the living room and the other in the master suite— as well as a massive 4.20-meter-wide window spanning both floors, located in the stairwell, and to top it off, a double-height ceiling at 7.20 meters; this creates a constant flow of fresh air that can be heated or cooled according to individual needs.
The building features a swimming pool, sun deck, and changing rooms; a sauna; and a laundry room with three industrial-grade machines. Optional amenities include a multipurpose room with a patio and outdoor grill, as well as a garage with assigned parking spaces—all of which are available for rent separately.
We offer a top-tier gym as an optional service, operated by the SportClub chain. Membership can be paid on a daily basis, though they also offer a better rate for monthly membership; the gym is located at Soler 3231.
A staff member is on hand to assist guests, serving as a 24-hour receptionist and security guard, following health protocols, as well as maintenance and a housekeeper with a cleaning cart stocked with all necessary supplies. The rental covers all utility bills: property tax (ABL), building maintenance fees, security company fees, electricity, Wi-Fi, disinfection, laundry for linens, and housekeeping. The rent includes all expenses without exception, similar to an aparthotel.
