Hubert is an excellent host he is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. The location is excellent it is in a vibrant area with many cafe and resterants near by. While there is a lot to do locally and a lot happening in the area it is a quiet apartment. Located close to the metro it is ideal for getting around Paris and sightseeing.Looking forward to returning and exploring more of Paris and the area.

Great location. Nicely renovated apartment in a quiet building. Fifth-floor walkup through old tortuous staircase was not clear from description. Basic beddings, which could have been more comfortable. Major issue which should have been noted prior to our arrival was NO hot water in any of the three showers, could not be fixed during our stay and we are still awaiting fair compensation for this major inconvenience during our 5-day stay.
