The living room has a 55' 4K tv and cable for watching Hulu or Nextflix and we also have an abundance of board games including Settlers of Catan and Azule.We even have a Super NES with 21 different games! Walking into the kitchen there is a table for four and all new cabinets and appliances. The kitchen has a teapot and a carafe style coffee maker to keep that Coffee hot without it getting bitter:) We supply the coffee for you! IF you walk down the stairs there is a washer/dryer for guests use and a Professional style Fooseball table. Walking out of the back door there is a huge patio and Firepit along with a hot tub and Best yet a 80' long Bocce ball court.
