Beautiful place to stay! So fun having the pool there and short easy walk to downtown and go the beach. Perfect location!

Nice week bringing family together from around the country. Beautiful home, great location. Close to the town center and an easy walk to the beach access.

It was VERY hot upon our arrival on Saturday and had to get someone to come take a look at the AC unit upstairs. (They were there from 11:00-1:00 at night) A part had to be ordered and would not be installed until after our week was over. VERY disappointing to pay a premium and have 6 hot adults and 3 children under the age of two. The downstairs unit worked thank goodness as that is where the kids and 4 of the adults were staying. Also, there was a strong oder under the small sink in the kitchen. The only price adjustment was made was 10% off the entire cost of the stay which was also disappointing as it is July in Florida. We made the best of our stay as we had all traveled over 8 hours to be together but again this was VERY disappointing.
