We have been to Ocean City several times over the years and always wanted to stay right on the boardwalk. We stayed with our toddler which was very convenient to have a bathroom, nap spot, and kitchen just steps from the beach. Met all our needs and the lifeguard chairs on the deck really are great and allow you to see the ocean perfectly with a morning cup of coffee.

Place smelled musky. Very small, looked much larger in the photo. Outside shower had rusty pipes.
Other than that it was just ok.
