🌴 Tropical Environment
Puerto Rico's tropical climate naturally includes insects and wildlife. Although the property receives regular professional pest control, occasional ants, mosquitoes, geckos, iguanas, or other small insects may still be seen, especially after rain or during the evening.
⛈ Weather & Utilities
Weather, airline delays, and occasional utility interruptions are beyond our control. If electricity or water service is interrupted for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will provide a prorated 25% nightly-rate discount. Internet interruptions do not qualify for refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

The swimming pool, sports courts, and other shared amenities are managed by the condominium administration. Temporary closures for maintenance, weather, or administrative decisions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. Guests are expected to follow all posted community rules while using these facilities.

Please help us preserve the apartment by treating it with the same care you would your own home. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including permanent stains, broken or missing items, and excessive cleaning.

I selected this rental because I knew that we would need to decompress because we were in PR on an emergency trip. I could not have selected a better place or host. From the very moment we booked Arnaldo was attentive and provided very detailed specific information. The check-in was the smoothest we have ever had. Arnaldo checked with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was as expected. I have used VRBO many times and have never had such an attentive host. The actual condo exceeded our expectations and was exactly as pictured and described. The ability to come back to the condo and destress made a sad time a lot more tolerable. Listening to the waves is a memory that we will be able to take home with us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location and Arnaldo. RO

The host was very welcoming and promptly responded to all questions. We felt very safe knowing that he was there was for us. These were just a few things that the condo was lacking.Pizza tray, coasters, placemats, wine glasses and the complex itself lacking additional pool chase chairs. There were maybe 6-8 chairs and half of them were broken. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful. We definitely would return in the near future, thanks.

The location and upper deck area were great as was the service from the handyman, Hiram. The place was very clean. But the apartment lacked a lot of essentials, especially in the tiny kitchen. We sent a list to the landlord for the benefit of the next tenant but a short list was:1.no dish drainer which was essential since there was no dishwasher. We had to use towels to drain dishes2.no placemats...we used paper towels3. no napkins......we bought and left some4. very limited toilet paper and paper towels...we bought and left a lot.5. no hand towels (maybe 2) and wash clothes ....we bought and left6. the main issue was that the landlord only wrote what we shouldn't do, not what we could. He communicated only through text....I think sometimes its good to just pick up the phone but.....7. It was a hugely important family reunion which did happen beautifully .8. We are also landlords on Cape Cod and Lake Winnipesaukee.....both high end rentals. We think Arnaldo has a lot to learn..9. the service from the people at VRBO were excellent buy they had to help with our questions and concerns more than anticipated.
