The property was perfect for our group of six guys. Price was fair, location great. We couldn't have asked for better in terms of the size and privacy of the yard and deck, cleanliness, communications and availabilty of all necessary provisions. We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Thank you.

Extended family stayed to be close to where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. The property was clean. The reason for my less than stellar review is twofold: 1. It was very expensive and yet we were asked to sweep, take out garbage, etc. I assumed that's what we were paying for! 2. For the price, I would have expected a bar of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. There was liquid soap at the sink and 1/2" of shampoo in a tiny bottle. 3. I understand that in the summer it's critical that people don't arrive early and leave on time. Given that it was off season, we would have appreciated the flexibility to arrive a little early to settle in prior to darkness.
