Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Please be considerate of guests downstairs and refrain from running up and down the stairs.
No Shoes Policy: Shoes are not permitted in the apartment.
Make-up Policy: Please use grey washcloths for make-up. White towels are not to be used for make-up, as they can be damaged.
Guest Count: I will include the total number of guests in my reservation. If the number of guests changes after booking, I will inform Anna before my arrival. The nightly rate covers the first two guests. Additional guests not disclosed will incur a charge of $50 per guest, per night.
Furniture: Do not remove or rearrange any furniture.
Front Door Lights: Please do not turn off the light at the front door.
Laundry Guidelines: Do not wash comforters or duvet covers. For stays longer than seven days, please wash sheets weekly and keep white items separate from other laundry.
Identification: I may request a picture ID for all guests over 18 years old and the license plate numbers for all vehicles on the property.
Cancellation Rights: I reserve the right to cancel the reservation of any guests with whom I do not feel comfortable, with no refund provided. Guests who do not communicate will not receive the door code until they do.
Service Animal Notification: Please inform Anna in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Due to our no-pet policy, we must notify other guests with confirmed reservations about your service animal for allergy considerations. Non-service animals will incur a fee of $100 per night.

This is a ground-level condo/apartment in what's probably an older building but Anna has done an excellent job of renovating and making the place contemporary and pleasant. Its well appointed with everything a traveler needs, has modern appliances and everything works. I was alone and so only slept in the queen bed but found it very comfortable. Its close to the interstate and local businesses, check/in and check/out where very simple and overall the place suited my needs wonderfully.The only downside, & I've given 5-stars b/c I'm hesitant to ding owners for things they have no control over, is that its right on a very busy street. Just 40 feet away is a boulevard with cars, Harley Davidsons, occasional 18-wheelers going by at all hours. So IF you're a very light sleeper (which I'm not, so it really didn't affect me) beware this may not be a great fit. But if you can tolerate a little road noise then there are really no other 'bewares' and I highly recommend this comfy condo.

The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you might need. Everything was clean and there was even a welcome note on the fridge. The host was very friendly and really great with communicating. We had left a sentimental piece of jewelry and she messaged me immediately when they found it and mailed it back to us. The apartment is perfect for visiting Spokane. It’s very close to the freeway and there are stores nearby. The only thing that we didn’t like was that it is on a main road and traffic noise was a constant on the weekend nights. Great value for a nice apartment!

I really love this place! I am not real tech savvy, and the host was super accommodating! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful clean home.

All information on listing was completely correct. Left out was; a very busy and loud road, upstairs neighbors were also up all night and loud.
