Spacious with a nice view. Some dust on furniture, tub etc. master closet could have been neater (lots of bedding)Towels & pillows smelled stuffy. But would rent again if available during the 4th of July holiday.

Great condo, love the location and views.

Beautiful and comfortable vacation rental. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. The huge oceanfront deck has comfortable furniture to enjoy the ocean view. There are only 7 units in the building so the elevator was always available to get to this 2 nd floor unit. The owner was great and responded quickly when contacted. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the St.Augustine area.

We enjoyed a week at this place. We loved the porch overlooking the ocean and the easy beach access. It’s also close to many of the things we wanted to check out in St. Augustine.

A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto

Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.
