The fully stocked kitchen offers ample counterspace, updated appliances, and everything you need for easy meal prep. A dining area sits just off the kitchen, the kitchen also offers direct access to the upper deck for outdoor dining under the mountain sky. A half bathroom and full laundry room add convenience to your stay.
Also on the main level is a master suite with a king bed, work desk, and an attached bathroom featuring double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower, an ideal setup for guests preferring to avoid stairs.
The downstairs walkout level is your entertainment hub. Enjoy a ping-pong table, foosball, board games, a large smart TV, and a comfortable sectional. A bar with a mini-fridge is ready to be stocked with your favorite drinks. - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- All reservations exceeding 28 nights require a signed rental agreement. The agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to your stay.
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
