We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!

The cottage was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Foot steps to the beach. Everything you need for a nice getaway. It does get warm at night. A ceiling fan would be great in the bedroom.

Google will route you to the front driveway facing the main road The actual property is on the street behind this one and secluded with a driveway to park in front of the garageThe unit is very clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach

Great location! The place was clean and as described. Check in couldn’t have been easier and David did an excellent job of making sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again.
