Casa di Spiaggia's name comes from the elegant, Italian-inspired design of the interior. The entire space is thoughtfully decorated to create the ideal vacation atmosphere. When you walk in, you enter a foyer decorated with a stunning, curved staircase. The home is a light, airy space filled with crisp white walls, French doors, and soft, natural wood beams and flooring. Throughout the rental, the decor is a blend of cream, green, and blue that provides a restful, ocean themed backdrop to your vacation.
The main room contains a couch filled seating area, so you and your loved ones can play a game, or watch a movie on the flat screen television. Next to the fireplace, comfortable armchairs are arranged in small clusters that invite you to sit down and chat. A charming, vintage style wet bar along one side makes it easy to prepare some tasty snacks or serve cocktails.
When you're ready for a larger meal, move to the open chef's kitchen located along the other side of the open floor plan. This wonderful space includes an island, a wrap around counter space, and a built in breakfast nook. It is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more. Our Tybee Island vacation homes include all the cooking essentials, like pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware, so all you need to grab is some fresh groceries. We also provide a full sized washer and dryer.

Casa di Spiaggia is one of our largest Tybee vacation rentals. This roomy home easily fits 12 guests. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a very spacious kitchen, a massive dining room, and several welcoming living room spots.
The main suite contains a king sized bed for you to relax in while you enjoy views of the water. It also has a television, seating area, and dresser for clothing storage. There is one more guest room with a king sized bed and flatscreen television. Two bedrooms of the home contain queen sized beds, and for those who prefer not to share a bed, we also provide a room with two twin beds. Finally, the sunroom on the top floor includes a sleeper sofa.
To accommodate larger groups, the home features multiple bathrooms. In the main suite, you have access to an attached bathroom with a shower, tub, and double vanities. Other bathrooms include a full bathroom off of the foyer and a full bathroom situated near the upstairs hallway. All bathrooms contain shower tub combos, so you can quickly rinse off sand or enjoy a relaxing soak.

Tybee's known for its warm summers and gentle winters, and you can enjoy the great weather from multiple spots in Casa di Spiaggia. The rooftop patio is the ideal spot to catch an ocean breeze. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the South End of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties, it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for 10 people. No complaints about the home at all. Only issue I had was the day after I couldn’t cancel the reservation I received the house rules. In those rules only 3 cars are allowed. How do 5 couples get by with only 3 parking places? This certainly should have been disclosed before booking. Also no golf carts allowed which is becoming the primary form of transportation on the island. Would have been nice to know. Include those two items to your Vrbo house description and the house would have been perfect. We did have a great time. The house and its location are outstanding.

Had a great stay, bedrooms and main floor/kitchen were great.The winding/spiral staircase was challenging at times as was access to upper deck.Access to beach was good. Time of year to visit Tybee was great.

Furniture slip covers dirty. Cabinet doors dirty. All exterior doors dirty. Furniture needs replaced. When you sat in chairs and couch you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Hot water faucet in master bath leaks when turned on. Toilet seat hinge was broken on main floor bathroom. One bathroom for four bedrooms upstairs was inconvenient.On the plus side all beds were comfortable. A\C worked great. Plenty of dishes and utensils for our group of 10.
