This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalow is ideally located in the popular Riviera del Sol, within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. With its sunny terraces, attractive communal gardens and excellent facilities, it is an ideal choice for couples and families looking for a relaxing Costa del Sol getaway.
The accommodation is arranged conveniently on one level, with direct access from the sunny terrace to the beautifully maintained communal gardens and swimming pool area. There are a few steps between the gardens and pool.
A particular highlight is the private roof terrace, which enjoys sunshine throughout the day and offers lovely views towards the Mediterranean – the perfect spot for sunbathing, relaxing with a book or enjoying an evening drink.

Shops, bars and restaurants are approximately 300 meters away, while the beach is just 500 meters away, making this an especially convenient location for a holiday without needing to rely heavily on a car.
The communal swimming pool is open all year round from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, allowing guests to enjoy a swim throughout the day and into the evening.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.

We loved this little bungalow. Great to have air conditioning. It had everything we needed. Outside space and pool beautifully kept. It was peaceful and in exact area we love.
Two sets of keys would be helpful if couples wanted to go off to different places.

This was a great 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow condo unit located within a 5-8 minute walk to the beach in Riviera del Sol. . The Bahia Playa condo complex is private, gated and very quiet with private parking. The unit was clean and neat with updated fixtures and appliances. The big feature was the roof terrace with views of the Med and great sunshine. Over our 6 week stay. there was a minor issue with a clog in the second bathroom but the property management team responded immediately and everything was fixed quickly. The owners were very courteous and Suncoaster was very responsive as a property management firm. Overall, we were very pleased with out stay as the property was central to access all of the Costa del Sol.

Really enjoyed the Tennis Court, Large Pool and Lovely Sun Bathing Area. The Apartment had great access and everything you needed.
