Enjoy a stylish break with design, sauna and wood-burning stove in a peaceful natural setting and inspiring ambience.

Step inside and be welcomed by light-flooded rooms and modern design. Your holiday home is designed for real peace and concentrated work and combines modern comfort with a peaceful natural environment. Relax on the spacious sofa while the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. Cook together in the open-plan kitchen with cooking island and stylish details that combine functionality and aesthetics. Use the quiet atmosphere for creative projects or retreat to the cosy gallery with a book. The well thought-out furnishings offer you space for relaxation and productive moments at the same time.

Linger in the lovingly designed and fully fenced garden, which offers several areas. The large, covered terrace is ideal for evenings by the fire and stargazing, while the private wooden barrel sauna invites you to relax.

Zerpenschleuse is located directly on canal paths, which are ideal for kayaking and cycling. The surrounding countryside offers easy access to forests, fields, lakes for swimming and local farm shops and cafés. Berlin is close enough for day trips.
