Superb apartment (new) in a magnificent private and secure residence in Orihuela Costa (province of Alicante) with a large communal swimming pool and private underground parking.
Located on the ground floor, this modern and fully equipped apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher and open to the living room – dining room with large bay window overlooking 1 large furnished terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, secure door and free Wifi. You will feel at home!
Ideally located, the complex is 700m from La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, less than 1.5 kms from La Zenia beach, a few kms from golf courses. Also close to the port city of Torrevieja and the salt lakes with its pink flamingos (15 minutes), water parks, magnificent walks on foot or by bike and many sites to visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and Murcia airport is 50 minutes away.
Whatever type of holiday you are looking for, you will find your happiness!

We had a lovely stay here with 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 11. Very safe for a toddler outdoor area fabulous and apartment clean with everything you need, beds very comfy! Location was perfect, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
The only negative I think people should be made aware of is the collection and drop off of the keys. If you do not have a car this will be a 12 min taxi ride from La zenia. If a key safe was introduced here this would be the perfect apartment!
