The home boasts a cozy living area complete with comfortable lounge seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a two-burner stove, convection microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishware, ensures you have everything needed for a delightful meal. The fold-out dining table seats four, providing a convenient dining space.
Rest easy in the plush queen-sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own flat-screen TV for ultimate relaxation. The modern bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower and ample storage, offering a spa-like ambiance for your stay.

1) Just 3 houses from the beach! The Bolivar beaches are as if they are custom-built for vacation goers of all kinds. The Bolivar Peninsula boasts some of the most pristine beaches in Texas, offering miles of soft, white sand. There is something for everyone here, with a wide range of outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, bird watching, and more.
2) You are within walking distance of the world-famous Margaritaville! This luxury vacation resort is open to the public for approximately $10/day per person (check their website to confirm). It has everything you could ever want, from a 5,000-person concert venue to multiple bars and pools! A great way to spend your vacation.
3) You are less than a mile away from the Bay! With its calm and tranquil waters, the Bay is the perfect place for fishing, and kayaking. You can also take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets over the water. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained during your stay.
4) With various seafood restaurants, beachfront bars, and cozy cafes, you'll never go hungry or thirsty during your stay. It's then 10 miles to Crystal Beach. For the bridge route, take Highway 124 from Winnie south to Highway 87, turn right, and proceed to Crystal Beach. You'll cross the water via the bridge at Rollover Pass, a favorite fishing spot.

Great location! Less than a 1/4 mile from the beach (which you can drive on and park if you have/buy a permit - bring cash). I will be looking into this again, maybe bringing some more business to have an extended family vacation. Being a big guy, the showers are a little small (just some foreknowledge for the next person), but that's not on the owner to fix my obesity. Very family friendly for 4.The only improvement I can think of is maybe letting the renter utilize the deadbolt, for while away from the property, not just when inside. A little more peace of mind for a renter to have their belongings more secure.Other than that we enjoyed our week and had a great place doing it. Thanks BlueKat RV and Dan for making a great place to enjoy time with family!

This was a perfect little spot for our quick weekend. It had everything we needed for our stay. We would for sure stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and stores/restaurants. We will definitely be back.
