With a spacious area of 65 m², the vacation rental can accommodate up to four people.

Relax in this comfortable and cozy 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, fully equipped to DEHOGA standards.
This modern residence, which was completed just in August 2016, leaves nothing to be desired.

All rooms are equipped with the latest large Samsung LED TVs, including a LAN connection.
There is another LAN connection at the dining table for fast internet browsing or working.
Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
A Samsung home theater system (Blu-ray, DVD, CD, Bluetooth, radio) rounds out the multimedia setup, whether you’re listening to the radio at breakfast, streaming from your favorite online video service in the evening, or simply watching TV with great sound.

In addition to the standard amenities, the fully equipped kitchen also features a Tassimo capsule coffee machine ready for your use.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a toilet, a hotel-style hair dryer, and a lighted vanity mirror.

The accommodation features 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a brand-name box-spring bed, and the smaller bedroom has two single beds with brand-name mattresses.
For the ladies, there is a dressing table in the larger bedroom.

The vacation rental, lovingly furnished with high-quality maritime-style furniture, features a huge corner balcony (25 m², facing east-south-west) where you can enjoy sunshine all day long.
The large French doors leading to the balcony, found in almost every room, bring plenty of light and a cheerful atmosphere into this coastal retreat—not just on sunny days.
With its various seating areas, the large corner balcony offers a true “oasis of well-being” and plenty of space for private sunbathing, dining, and relaxation.
An electric grill is available for your use.

For the little ones, there is a high chair and a baby food warmer.
All electrical outlets are equipped with modern, built-in child safety covers.
Extra beds are not available or permitted.

Directly across the street is the traditional Zingst bakery and Café Holz.
The vacation rental is located only about 800 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
The distance to the Zingst pier is approximately 900 m. The popular Zingst harbor is only about 500 m away.

The vacation rental includes 1 parking space (No. 6) and a large shed where bicycles, handcarts, or even strollers can be stored.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you are welcome to rent them for a fee.
Key pickup for the property takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange by 5:00 p.m.!
