House was clean and spacious. Very nice gated. Though the houses are close together you cannot hear neighbors. Kids were upstairs and we couldn't hear them. If you are thinking of booking just do it. No problems. Our host reached out to us to ensure that we didnt need anything

Place was perfect for a group of 7 people and the communication was excellent as well. Check in process was seamless and location of the property was great for a family vacation. Would gladly rent again if we come back to the area.
