It is located on the first floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and access to the community area with a pool open all year round and a garden. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room for an additional person. There is a bathroom with a bath, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning throughout the establishment, winter heating, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are allowed with an additional cost.
