LOCATION │ Nestled in the lovely private community of Park Meadows, this location offers a unique, quiet, residential feel. Park City’s main attractions are all within a 10-minute drive – 3 miles to Historic Main Street, 2.5 miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 4 miles to Deer Valley Resort. Mountain Meadows is not only paradise for ski lovers, but perfect for enjoying spring, summer and fall. Hiking and biking trailheads are within walking distance of the property offering easy access to nature.
THE SPACE │ From the moment you enter this cozy chic retreat, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. This home was AMAZING! Plenty of room for our growing family including 6 grandchildren. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Porta crib! The views from the back deck were gorgeous and it was easy to navigate Park City events from the house. Although we live in a gated resort community in NC and are accustomed to the rules that come along - I must say the neighbors next to this property complained several times about daytime and early evening noise - which was unsettling for us! We were there to have fun as a family and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We would probably not rent this property again because of the neighbors…..but it is a stunning home!
