Our "Beach Daze" duplex lower unit offers a fenced in yard for your furry family members and kids! 5 blocks from beach in a friendly, laid-back, quiet neighborhood. Dog park and walking trail is close by. This 2 bedroom lower (bottom) unit of the house offers a full kitchen with island, dining area and full bathroom. The fence area for each unit is separated so no need to worry about your pets.

If you have a large group of people traveling together, we might be able to host the group by renting both upstairs and downstairs units if they are both available at the time.

NOTE: No events or parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please refrain from loud music or loitering during this time frame. Only registered overnight guests are allowed to stay up to unit max. No smoking allowed. Thanks!
