Welcome to your spacious Florida getaway! This two-story, 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home is located in the gated community of Highgate Park, just off Highway 27 in Davenport. With plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, a private south-facing pool and spa, game room, and convenient access to Central Florida attractions, this home is a great choice for your Orlando vacation.
LOCATION
Highgate Park offers a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and the area's major attractions.
Walt Disney World Resort – approximately 14 miles
Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 23 miles
Publix is conveniently located nearby at Berry Town Center, and a Walmart Supercenter near Cagan's Crossing is less than 5 miles from the home. You'll also find numerous restaurants and takeout options nearby. For even more dining choices, head toward Highway 192, where you'll find a wide variety of popular restaurants.
LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area provides plenty of space to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV make this a great gathering place for family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including:

The spacious deck also includes an attached spa and a large covered lanai, providing both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing, dining, or spending time together outdoors.
A child safety fence is provided for the pool.
POOL HEAT
Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Pool heat is required to heat both the swimming pool and attached spa.
Please contact Titan Vacation Homes at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.
GAME ROOM
For some extra fun away from the theme parks, the garage has been converted into a game room, giving guests another place to relax and enjoy time together.

House was amazing pool was great although we want in the house majority of our trip we did enjoy it

The location is great. The host was very helpful and timely in their response. The location is one of the main reasons I rent there. As for comfort the beds are in need of replacement at least all of the queens and king mattress’s. The upstairs carpeting is very dated and should be replaced also, we did find mold in the master shower and one of the bath downstairs we had to clean. The sliding doors from the living room to the pool still do not lock. When I stay for two months and have a number of guests we accumulate quite a bit of garbage at the end of the stay 2 containers don’t usually handle our waist.

The home and pool was great for family and golfing friends. This was my second visit to this home so we knew what to expect.

Overall, the home was mostly as described on the listing. There was minimal lighting in the kitchen area (we prepared Thanksgiving dinner using flashlights on our phones to see because the overhead lighting was so dim) and living room area and the house could use a deep clean. We did speak with property management about the kitchen lighting and the spa, which was broken for two days of our stay. They addressed our calls immediately and sent maintenance out as soon as possible. The spa was fixed, and the lighting was replaced in the kitchen but didn't improve so it must be an issue with the fixture itself. The washing machine was very moldly and dirty. The sliding glass door to the back patio was broken as well and very difficult to open and close. All that said, overall, we did enjoy our stay but would likely not stay at this home again.
