~ Pet Fee: $150 (see pet policy below)
~ Late Check-In Fee:
8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
~ Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you)
~ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
PET POLICY:
~ Maximum 1 pet, up to 20 lbs
~ No aggressive breeds
~ Current vet records with rabies vaccination required
~ $150 pet fee
PARKING:
~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”)
~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck
~ No trailers permitted
~ No third vehicles
STARTER SUPPLIES:
A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following:
~ Trash bags
~ Laundry pods

This was our 3rd time booking this condo and we would highly recommend it! The view is simply the best and we love the proximity and ability to walk to some of our favorite places, including Crabby Joe’s on the pier. The condo is very nice and well appointed. The floor plan is great and there are a lot of nice touches to make it feel like home. It was clean and comfortable. The host communicated clearly and quickly and made us feel welcomed. This will continue to be our go-to when we return to Daytona Beach Shores!

Cons- 1.Dining room chair leg fell off when my mother sat down the first day. All of the dining chairs were loose. (Handymand did fix the chairs) 2. Ceiling fan in master was not working upon arrival, was told the right switch needed to be on and wasted 30 minutes attempting to get it to work. (It was replaced). I believe the owner/management knew there was a prior issue because the next day they showed up with a new fan and the previous guest left a small box fan; however, the manager said it was working the day before we got there. 3. The sliding doors were dirty and we just decided to clean them. I would think the manager would have seen the windows and addressed them if he was in the condo the day prior. 4. The patio furniture is falling apart, rusting, and uncomfortable at best. 5. Pool was dirty and the property manager in the building said they were having issues with the pool all week. 6. Check in process could be improved. You have to meet someone there and it took us 3 days to get a parking pass.Pros- 1. Great views. 2. Beds were very comfortable. 3. Spacious open layout. 4. Easy access to beach. I wouldn't have rated this low if the chair did not have a leg fall off, the fan wasn't broken, or the windows on the slider were clean. It is a nice place we just had too many issues to rate it higher.
