Check-in was at 4:00 pm, I arrived after 4:30pm and the cleaning crew was still there so we waited an additional15-20 until they were done. The listing says indoor "heated" pool, however the pool is NOT heated but rather there is a heater in the pool area which was a bit misleading. We did not use the pool because the water was too cold. The driveway is very steep and the side of it is falling which makes a tight fit for larger cars. Overall it was clean, good location with nice views and good communication with the owner.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was close to the welcome center-where you could ride the trolley into Gatlinburg. Place was clean and very spacious for our group of 5 adults and 3 children age 5,4,3. The pool and hot tub was perfect for entertaining.

Enjoyed everything about this house! Recommended to anyone wanting to stay! Honestly would be great to be back at the same house next year!

We rented the property for a birthday and we had 5 grand babies with us who were eager to enjoy the pool. Pictures and description of home was not accurate. Beautiful home that is not well maintained. Downstairs had a terrible smell and the house was just dirty. There should not have been a cleaning fee because we had to clean before we could relax. The pool was ice-cold and the pool thermostat was not turned up until the next day. It took until the morning of us leaving for it to warm up to an adequate temperature for my grand babies. They were only able to use it the morning we left. The rugs smelled like dogs and fingernail clipping were on the floor throughout the living room. False fingernails were in the downstairs bedroom bed frame. The smoke detector alarm (cathedral ceiling) was blaring late at night and after 45 minutes of suggestions and attempt to get it to turn off, maintenance had to be called in. They came an hour later. The alarm was blaring for two hours before it was resolved (we have 5 month old twins). We will not be visiting this home again.
