Beautiful 112 sqm apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in a theatrical spirit close to the Opera Garnier, 4 steps from the Louvre or Palais Royal. Quiet and bright. On the 4th floor with lift up to the 2nd floor.

Large living room with two sofas including a sofa bed for two people, an armchair, an HDTV, a DVD, an audio system, a wifi internet connection. Coffee table, carpet, and elegant decoration.
Large kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking and eating.
Dining area with a table and 10 chairs.
Bedroom with a bed of 140cm x 190cm, bedside table. Window on courtyard

The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee.
Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
For an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. A perfect, pretty and relaxing space for our family of 5. Location was amazing as well - close to sights, and great restaurants and bakeries. The management was also top notch. Our host greeted us upon our arrival, and kindly took the time to provide us with a detailed tour. We will definitely book again for our next visit to Paris!

This was a really clean 3br with two 3/4 baths and one that had a shower and sink. Kitchen had all you need to eat in if you want. It’s in a great central location in the 2em. Close to Metro stops and shopping. Cafes everywhere, too.You have to walk up 2 stories (or take the elevator) before you have to cross a courtyard and walk up two more narrow spiral stairs. So, no handicapped access if that’s important to you.No A/C but there were fans to move the air. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4.We’d definitely stay there again!
