One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Great view of the beach , the gulf, and the downtown area. Super close to anything and everything but with the quietness as well. The pool, beach, condo, and facilities were all extremely clean. The host was pleasant and communication was top notch . I would recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

The owner was lovely. The property was a well-maintained. That said, the full-time residents are incredibly rude and inhospitable. This property “cites” the tourists for breaking rules and if you have children visiting (young) watch out! The residents break their own rules. They eat, drink, and have unapproved “flotation” devices. The residents quote the rules (I was told there were hundreds and I need to read them, but they aren’t provided with the contracts), but don’t live by them. I simply don’t understand. This property should have a hard fast rule to not rent to anyone (vacationers) under 16 because it is incredibly difficult to tell round children to not jump in the pool, not have a toy, etc. No loudness. No radios. Nothing. Craziness. Tracy in the office is very kind. Loved her. The residents, though———
