Studio 35 m² in Sagone, 3 min walk from the beach, completely refurbished in 2019, with 1 separate bedroom. Plus a 12m² terrace with sea view, not overlooked. 4 sleeps: 2 in sofa bed (1 real bed of 140*190 and 2 bunk beds of 90*190. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Fully tiled bathroom with Italian shower. Washing machine. Weber electric barbecue on the balcony. Table plancha. Television set. Ample storage space with wardrobe, drawers, shelves.
All the local shops are close to the building (supermarket, small shops, café, ice-cream parlour, bakery-pastry shop, press, tobacco shop) less than 2 minutes walk away.
The studio is opposite the bar "A Sulana", a meeting place for the Corsicans of the village and the tourists for the morning coffee or the aperitif at the end of the afternoon.
Trendy" bar, with concerts, pastries (in the tea room "Le bowling") and ice-cream parlour (ice creams and sorbets from the most famous master ice-cream maker in Corsica: Pierre Géronimi) as well as numerous clothing and souvenir shops in the recent part of the village, located 600 metres from the studio, at the end of the beach.
