Lots of space

House is amazingly close to the beach! Lots of room for a big group. Host communicated well.

I’m stayed many Vrbo’s but I’ve never had a host like Gerald. The communication was great and he would call me just to check and make sure everything was ok. He gave me tips on places to eat and shop at in the area. I will definitely be back and stay at one of his properties again.

The host was very helpful with very timely communication answering all of our questions. The home is set up very well to host a large number of people with wonderful spaces to gather and enjoy the home in the very large living room, the spacious deck with plenty of seating for everyone, the pool and hot tub or a wonderful fire pit surrounded by a large seating area. The location was outstanding. The beach is a very quick walk with excellent access. The views of the ocean were great from a more private top deck. The main grocery store is very close to the home location as well which came in handy. This was a wonderful home to stay in for a large group. Very nice set up for lots of people to have their own spaces. Highly recommend.
