The fully enclosed front and back patios are rich in aspens as well as peonies, climbing roses, and a flowering fruit tree. The casita features Saltillo-tiled floors, a half-bath downstairs and kiva fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom leads to an upper-level deck with views of the city and mountains.

This two BR, two and a half bath unit is private, safe, and very comfortable. We stay here with out two teenagers for a week. We walked into town every day and drove to other locations. It’s a very tasteful unit with comfortable homey stylish decor with all the amenities. A couple evenings we wished the MBR had AC but with the door open and a fan it was lovely. Our only complaint was the VERY slow Wi-Fi. We stay here again, perhaps even buy a unit if one came on the market

Loved Campanilla Compound for it's location, layout, on site management and comfort. Would definitely choose this site again.

Cute place close to the action. Clean, central and overall great. Beds are pretty bad though - beware.
