Stylish, comfortable and great location, this loft-style apartment offers families and couples a beautiful base from which to explore the west Cornwall coastline. Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to include a contemporary open plan living / dining area and kitchen as well as two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes.

We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. Very comfortable , quiet at night and well equipped great location to explore St Ives and Penzance, Mousehole. Easy walk to restaurants and a beautiful walk via promenade to Mousehole (1 hour). Parking was as advertised- and inconvenient but manageable. First rental we’ve stayed at where no shower soap was supplied. The primary suite needs a bathroom door! Reading the guest info book absolutely necessary or you’ll be searching for cutlery and clothes drying rack etc.

Spent a couple of nights in Sullivans Loft and this really is a special property - stunning!
