Our host Betty was a lovely person and very responsive to our needs, and came over right away when we needed her help with the grill. The view from the cottage is wonderful. The cottage has everything you need. We loved eating our meals on the back deck and sitting around the fire pit each evening.

Everything went very smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The window air conditioning units cooled off the bedrooms wonderfully. The only thing we were disappointed about is the comfort of the beds.

We really enjoyed staying here. Early morning coffee looking out over the lake. The boys went fishing and swimming. Just a super relaxing week! The host of the property was super sweet and easy to reach out to.

The location on the lake is perfect for families. The host provided access to rowboats, kayaks and a canoe, which was great for me and my sons. There was a firepit and large deck with grill, which we didn’t really use since the weather wasn’t in our favor, but definitely a bonus to have these amenities. The house was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responsive. We had two minor issues while there, the grill was out of propane and the shower wasn’t working. I contacted the owner and she responded and had the issues rectified very quickly. She is very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. One thing to note is that the water in the house is pumped in from the lake so you can’t drink it. The owner provided plenty of bottled spring water and we used that for cooking and brushing our teeth. The only negative I would say is that the beds were not very comfortable. Everytime my fiancé moved, I felt like I was bounced all over and the frames seemed like they were on their last legs. Overall though, we were very happy with our stay and with the house and the owner.
