Dutchies Sand and Sea is one of only a handful of executive holiday homes just a short walk from the much-loved Dutchies Beach. With panoramic water views and sleeping up to 8 guests, this coastal chic holiday home is perfect for your next fabulous beachside holiday.
The house is now equipped with ducted air-conditioning to the bedrooms and a separate air-conditioning unit servicing all living areas, ensuring maximum comfort year-round.
Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House is perfectly positioned just metres away from a public pathway that leads directly to the famous Dutchies Beach. Within minutes, you’ll find yourself on the golden sands or enjoying the calm waters. This family-friendly beach features shaded grassy areas, public BBQs, bathroom amenities, children’s play equipment, and even a bike and pedestrian path that leads straight into Nelson Bay.
Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House fully embraces its elevated position, with large north-facing windows and doors offering sparkling water views from the master bedroom and the air-conditioned open plan, split-level living areas. Step out onto the generously sized deck, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals while taking in the stunning views.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite and a private deck overlooking the harbour. All three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, tasteful décor, ceiling fans, and ducted air-conditioning for your comfort. The living area also offers a sofa bed, accommodating two additional guests if needed.
With two full bathrooms (one featuring a tub) and a laundry with a third toilet, washer, and dryer, this home is well-equipped for longer stays. The stylish kitchen includes modern appliances like a coffee pod machine, sandwich press, blender, and mixer.
Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House is complete with timber floors, a double garage, an outdoor shower, Foxtel, free Wi-Fi, a DVD library, a large esky, and beach chairs, making it the perfect base for your next coastal getaway.
PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults & 2 children. The sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 8.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION -
3 Queen beds
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking -
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

The accommodation was in an excellent location, quiet street, with water views and a short walk to the beach. Parking was good with plenty of room for our two cars. We were only a short walk of about 15 mins to the nearest shops. Our accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Communications regarding check in procedures could have been better. I had to ring to obtain the email about the check in procedures, as I had not received the email. An email about pre-checkout was also not received the day before we left. However, these communication issues were very minor and did not in any way affect our enjoyment of our short stay, which overall was excellent. My friends and I agreed that we would all love to return there at some time in the future.

The location couldn't be better. The view was out of a post card. Amazing!The stairs where tricky to get used to but it was worth it when you looked out at any angle. Great spot, great vibes

Great position - easy walk to the beach and shops. Lovely house with great amenities, parking and everything was easy to find and as described. Thanks, we had a lovely long weekend away for my mums birthday.
