Please note that there is NO KITCHEN. The dedicated workspace is in the bedroom, and there is just 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed for the second bed. And the 2 person will be sleeping on the sofa bed. Enjoy the entire basement, which features a private closed bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. Our basement offers warm and comfortable accommodations in our main house, situated on a quiet street. You will have complete autonomy, including access to a private bathroom and a living room with a double-size sofa bed. High-speed Wi-Fi and a TV are provided for your convenience.
Our location is beautiful and convenient, with proximity to various services, highways, Carrefour Laval is 2 minutes driving,restaurants,cafes, and more. We are located just 30 minutes from downtown Montreal and 30 minutes from Trudeau Airport by car, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay. It's the perfect place for families or groups of friends
seeking privacy.
Access to the listing is through the door by the garage. While you may pass through the garage to reach it, the garage itself is not included in your rental. There is a possibility that we may access the garage during your stay. You'll have independent access to the basement, which is secured with a smartlock. Parking is available in our private driveway, and guests are welcome to use the courtyard, complete with a swimming pool with the owners during the summer season

The pool being drained was the only this my friends and family didn’t like. They wanted to go for a swim upon returning from show and in the morning. Other than that, everything was awesome!!

I recently stayed at this VRBO in Quebec that had a basement apartment. Although I knew it was a basement unit, the owner locked the door behind me after showing me in, and there was no lock on my side of the door. As a result, I had no way to secure the space, and others could potentially enter the area where I was staying.Otherwise the unit was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend to the owner that some type of privacy lock be placed on the door for future renters. If that is done this place is worth 5 stars
