This was by far the best condo we ever rented. Loved that it was a corner unit with all the light. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, nice kitchen, amazing sectional in the living room. We loved the big TVs. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we saw dolphins from it on our last day. If I'm ever back down in that area again I will check about renting this condo. Thank you so much to the owners for making it feel like home.

The condo was very clean and nice. Although they did supply towels they were very limited. Only one for the kitchen and no pot holders. They did have a supply of dishware and pots and pans which was nice. Plenty of seating for porch area. I suppose the key fobs are necessary for safety but the constant beeping at gates elevator and even the door to the condo was some what annoying. I also found it strange that the office has nothing to do with the actual condo. We had a water outage and in checking to see when that was was going to be resolved they said I should have been notified by the owner or rental office. I was not.

First time we stayed in Madeira Beach. The beach is not crowded at all. Very private beach, although there is a public beach nearby. There is a surf rake that cleans the beach each day in front of the buildings. The condo was very clean and so comfortable. It looks just like their photos. Bathrooms are both very modern and tiles look great. The balcony is big and it’s a corner unit so lots of light. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most meals. It’s a quiet enough spot but on weekends you can hear the band playing across the street. It never bothered us and didn’t keep us awake. There are plenty of beach towels and linens. The pool and hot tub had only been opened two weeks because of hurricane damage. They are pristine with beautiful new landscaping. They do have some construction going on but we didn’t hear them at all. There were no sea weed or jellyfish during our stay. The water was so clear and warm enough to swim. We found lots of sea shells and the grandchildren loved it. Lots of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. We will definitely hope to stay next April.
