We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Douarnenez, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- Bedroom 1: with a single bed (child-sized) opening onto a terrace
First floor:
- 35 m² living room, with TV, sofas, dining area…
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 25 m³ terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second terrace of 6 m² with an awning
The house is ideally situated in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Activities:
- A stroll along the seafront
- A visit to the harbour and the museum
- Several cycling and walking routes
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house’s garage.
There is space to store bicycles in the garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper station
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne Airport, approximately 22 minutes’ drive away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
