However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there will be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

Great property! Nice views, private balcony, overall we really enjoyed our stay. Music playing very loudly all night from the clubs around the building but that is noted in the description. Kept balcony doors closed and the TV on to drown it out. Fantastic location otherwise, walk to tons of restaurants, stores, the beach, The Malecon, Los Muertos Pier, all a few to ten minutes away. Comfy suite, well equipped. Amazing rooftop pools and gym area. Biggest thing to note though, is the busy and noisy location, to us it was worth putting up with.

Overall a really nice unit, very clean and well equipped. Check-in was great and the building is very nice with two pool decks. Gym is smallish and the AC was never running, so workouts were a little tough. Noise is pretty substantial from clubs across the street, going until 4 a.m. or so. With doors closed and AC on, it was manageable at night. Adding a couple of cushioned chairs on the main terrace would help a lot. There's a high-top table/chairs, but it's not so comfortable for hanging out.
