It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a shared swimming pool and a spa jacuzzi (booking required). There's also a 50 m² garden! - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, pancake maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Jacuzzi spa (extra charge, booking required)
- Heated swimming pool (shared with another gîte), 7.36 m x 3.18 m, open from June to September.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath (on request), barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 50 m² enclosed private garden, not overlooked, with barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is brand new and ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
