Enjoy this beautiful remodeled home all to yourself. This home boasts a beautiful stone deck area, full kitchen, living room, three rooms with queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is located just a quarter mile from the Shops at Carmel-by-the-sea and less than a mile from Carmel Beach. Your home away from home!
The space
Located near all points of interest (shops, beaches, hikes). Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal (if we don’t, please inform us). Beautiful backyard deck for you to enjoy. Make this rare estate in a rare location your home.
CLEANING:
When cleaning arrives all windows are opened, sheets cleaned, and all surfaces, couches, chairs, light/lamp switches, door knobs, cabinets, refrigerator handles, garbage can, floors and bathrooms are disinfected with Clorox spray.
Guest access
Access to entire home, front yard, and backyard with huge deck.
Other things to note
If you plan on going to the shops or beach in Carmel-by-the-sea, it may be better to walk as parking is very limited. It’s not far, it’s a beautiful walk and you can burn some extra calories if you’re into that sorta thing.
Please do not enter the property until 3pm on your check-in date.
Our cleaners will be at your door at 11AM on your check-out date.
Checkin: Checkin is at 4 PM
Checkout: at 10 AM, cleaning crew is scheduled to arrive then.
Late Checkout: $100 per hour

When we arrived at the property, the house was a mess. We had to contact the management in order for them to send a cleaning crew to the house, and then wait outside on the street for 2.5 hours while they turned the house around. The cleaning fee was NOT waived and the owner refused to give any sort of discount on the back of this.
