You can rest in the front Florida room where there is a pull-out couch, watch a movie in the living room, or enjoy a family dinner in the dining room. The updated kitchen and cozy backyard have everything you need to have delicious dinners for a night in.

Ron was GREAT! He answered my messages in a timely manner and was able to provide information. Home is located in a nice area to be able to get to many things! It was an easy check-in, and everything that I needed was available.

The cottage is thoughtfully decorated and laid out, making the most of the space. It is also centrally located with easy access to everything and there was no problem with the street parking. The backyard was large and amazing. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very welcoming and helpful. This place has character! Walked to town for dinner. Walked to beach too!

The location was great ; short walk to downtown and not far from the beach.
Although the furnishings were attractive, the space inside and outside wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. The biggest disappointment for us was the kitchen.The sink had standing water in it for the duration of our stay basically preventing us from using it and thus making meals there.
We had expected that it would be fixed since we were told that someone had come to look at it.
The dining room table, although interesting,because of it's rough wood structure did not seem very appropriate for inside (not very sanitary). I would suggest that people cover it with a plastic table cloth that you can wipe down or if you really want to appreciate it's charm, finish it with a resin sealer.
