This apartment is located in a recently built house, where attention has been paid to detail and comfort. The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and are spacious, cool (for hot days), and quiet. A small hallway separates the bedrooms from the rest of the apartment and leads to the bathroom, which features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The kitchen, which overlooks the garden, easily accommodates 5 people. From there, you also have direct access to the spacious, covered terrace. The “Olivastro” tree provides shade. The terrace was built in the typical Sardinian style by a local craftsman. The garden features lounge chairs for enjoying a good book. Behind the house, there is also a fireplace and garden chairs. This apartment is ideal because it’s practical for a family.
