You can sleep in our great queen-size double beds, measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, in the bedroom. Our high-quality bunk bed (90 x 2.00 m) with a full-size mattress awaits you in the other bedroom. The fifth bed (90 x 1.90 m) is also located here; it pulls out from under the bunk bed as a pull-out bed. All of our beds are suitable for people with allergies.

There is a shared sauna in the building. It is available for use by all guests. Sauna towels are not provided at the accommodation. Please bring your own.

We’re happy to provide a baby crib in the apartment free of charge, subject to availability; please bring your own bedding, sheets, and mattress pads. A mattress is provided.

Our service fee includes Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit, and the final cleaning of the apartment.

Your parking space for your car or motorcycle is right outside the door.

To help you relax after a long journey, we’ve provided our starter package free of charge. You won’t need to go shopping right away. It includes coffee, tea, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishcloths. This should be enough to get you started, and for restocking, you’ll find addresses for local grocery stores—such as EDEKA, Penny, and Aldi—in our digital guest guide.

The only additional fees apply to:

- our service fee of €75.00, which includes towels and bed linens, Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit, and the final cleaning of the apartment.

- Bringing a dog. We charge a one-time fee of 15.00 € per dog for the final cleaning; the dog’s stay is free of charge.

- The tourist tax for adults and for children ages 6–17, per person per day.

These fees are in addition to the accommodation cost. The service fee is automatically included in the booking. If you’re traveling with a dog, you’ll need to select the “dog” option. All costs will then be displayed during the booking process. You’ll receive a separate email from us regarding payment of the tourist tax.

- A hearty breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner hotel. For 15.90 euros/8.90 euros per person/child, you’re welcome to take advantage of this offer. There’s a sign-up sheet on the table in your vacation rental where you can simply sign up by 6:00 p.m. the day before. Payment is then made on site.
