PICTURE THIS…
You’re on your deserved holiday break, enjoying your favourite beverage from our plush balcony, facing a mighty mountain begging to be explored. Right nearby are the postcard expanses of the break at Mount Maunganui’s flawless white-sand beach where the sun rises and Pilot Bay where the sun bids you farewell.
DECISION MADE
The beauty of Apartment PO5 at "Eleven" is its proximity to everything that makes ‘The Mount’ the place to be - any time of year. In moments you’re at the epicentre of beachside dining while a leisurely stroll leads you to restaurants, cafes, nightlife, boutique shops and galleries, parks, playgrounds and weekend markets that pepper the main street.
Throughout the long summer days, pop-up outdoor cinemas, fairs and beach events add perfectly to the atmosphere, which is amplified by some of New Zealand’s longest sunshine hours. Not to mention the iconic Mount Hot Pools sitting just 130 metres from your front door.
CLASS AND COMFORT
Slide back the doors to a sizeable outdoor deck bringing the mountain and beach views back into prominence. Whether entertaining at the outdoor dining table or shutting off the world with a good book, there’s no escaping the soothing sensations of the waves.
The modern two-storey apartment, with two bedrooms and a nook with bunks, matches up to the locale with its hand-picked designer furniture and furnishings, artwork and modern pleasures; the 65” TV is hard to miss. You can also relax to your favourite sounds by streaming directly from your mobile device to the Sonos sound system.
Quality is in every stitch and the luxury extends to the hand-embroidered bed linen on stately beds. Every convenience is catered for so you don’t have to lift a finger unless you feel like a home cooked meal from the full kitchen facilities. Also onsite is a lap-pool, enormous spa, gym equipment and the attentive property manager is at your service.
Book online or email us with any questions you may have.
Special conditions:
"Eleven" has a NO PARTY policy that is STRICTLY enforced. Preferably children only in the bunks. The apartment building is strictly non-smoking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to all Mount activities, beach, cafes, hot pools, shops, park etc all an easy walk. Spacious modern Apartment clean and well appointed. Pool was clean and great for the family as not very deep. Parking was a little tight wirh a large vehicle. Comfortable beds. Lounge suite could definitely benefit from a good clean and warning of a machinery noise (possibly from apartment heatpumps) all night outside Master bedroom window would have been good. Didnt bother us first night, but certainly others once facility busier. Wouldnt prevent us staying again but would bring air plugs.
