The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The home also has an open-plan living and dining area. The living area opens onto a generous private terrace with superb views of the famous Cowes Bay Beach. It is perfect for unwinding with a drink and a BBQ at the end of the day with two couples, or entertaining the whole family.
The bathroom has a sizeable stone-top vanity, a spacious shower, and a jet bath, offering the utmost luxury. The two generously sized bedrooms both have built-in robes and share the spacious family bathroom featuring a large shower, stone-top vanity, toilet, and European Laundry.
The ultra-chic apartment building provides lift access and secure undercover parking for your car, bike or boat. The home is set back from the main street and is perfectly quiet.
There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax, with a massive balcony with ocean views.
The apartment is in a building with other tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will be respectful of our neighbours. The apartment is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

There's garage parking for your car/bike/boat, and plenty of additional free parking in the surrounding area (directly across the road).
There's no need to use your car, though, because the shops are around the corner and the beach is across the road!

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Clean property close to everything, no complimentary tea milk or coffee, which most places have and we were 3 adults but had to work around 1 key which was annoying, but overall we had a lovely time

The penthouse lived up to expectations. It is well appointed, spacious and very clean. The views are great from the large balcony. We loved taking meals and drinks on the balcony. It is a very close the beach and a short walk to some nice restaurants in the main street.Will definitely be coming back.

The location was great, walking distance to the main strip which meant we didn’t need to take the car out even once during our stay. Apartment was a good size for a small family and the balcony was a great space to relax. The apartment was clean, although the bed linen in the master room looked wrinkled, like the sheets weren’t changed, and I found several strands of hair under the pillows. In the shower area there was no shampoo and/or body wash, there was a hand wash in the shower. Other than that most amenities was there in the kitchen which was great.
