The newly built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, basic cleaning agents (tea towel, detergent) and various spices.

The apartment is in a courtyard in a quiet location.
A village shop is a three-minute walk away, where groceries and fresh baked goods can be bought.
The place Landsberg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. In Landsberg there are many sights u. a. our beautiful Lechwehr, historic city center, Bayertor, mother tower etc.
The beautiful Ammersee can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Mini golf can be played here, a paddle boat trip across the lake or a steamboat trip to Andechs Monastery. With somewhat older children, the high ropes course is also a great destination.
