PLEASE DO NOT POST MY COMMENTS. Highly recommend Sea Woods community and New Smyrna Vacation Condos. While I was satisfy with amenities and layout of rental unit, several items had to be addressed by management company; thank you. Sliding door egressing to back patio broken needs to be repaired/replaced. Same with vertical blinds. NO leaf blower on site (had to go out a buy one, in order to utilize back patio, due to mess that trees drop hourly/daily. Gas grill, had to go out to purchase tank--still waiting for reimbursement. Base molding around doors have bolts sticking out (safety issue). KUDOS to New Smyrna Vacation Condos. Would I rent unit again? Yes, with above-referenced issues addressed.
