The location was great for the price. Had to buy sheets, towels and hand soap as the bedding we found was only enough for the king and half the queen bed. Communication with host/management company was hit or miss. If you stay here the location is very close to the beach and it is clean but you’ll need to bring everything with you.

Be sure to bring your own linens including dishtowels and bathmats (not provided). very clean, spacious, nice location a short walk from beach and restaurants.

Excellent location and overall great house. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors were gritty (sandy), there were food crumbs on the counters, one of the bathroom sinks looked dirty and the bed quilts on two of the beds were balled up at the head of the bed. Upon arriving it just was not inviting. Also, the furniture in the master bedroom had broken knobs and one of the tables in the great room needs repair or replacing, the legs were very loose.

Great location and very walkable! All beds were comfy but pillows could use an upgrade. Easy layout with everything on one floor. Host was super easy to communicate with and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!
