Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

First, the home matches the pictures and description provided by VRBO. Second, the host was always responsive and on task. My wife appreciated the ability to communicate via text. Third, this vacation was for our whole family (6 adults and 4 young children). The home fit us very well without having to use the 2 sofa beds. The family room is large enough. The kitchen is well laid out with top quality appliances. The patio, hot tub, and grill are all wonderful. The only minor issue was the kitchen had only 2 hand towels - not a big deal just an inconvenience. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

nice property, not a great drive way to get in and out, difficult to turn around. Many stairs and bathroom layout is not great for multiple guests but nice and clean, little dated but overall nice. had to leave early for a medical reasons, it is high altitude and need to go through insurance to get lost days the hosts would not allow a decrease of the days not used due to the medical emergency which was disappointing.

There were seven of us in our party, and the home accommodated all of us, with each having their own bedroom. There were plenty of bathrooms as well. The kitchen was unbelievable, very well stocked, with excellent appliances. With the home being on four different levels, be prepared to walk the stairs! This home is well located with excursions easily accessed to Keystone, Lake Dillon, Frisco, and of course Breckenridge. We took long walks up to the peak and back. It was a lovely experience and enjoyed by everyone from teenagers to older adults. The deck was super with an incredible eight person hot tub, along with a lovely outdoor kitchen. Great place to stay with the family!
