Enjoy this home right on Claytor Lake. A double decker dock, waterside fire pit, and gas grill make this is the perfect house for a family get away or a couple's retreat! Located conveniently close to the Claytor Lake State park, spend the day at the Claytor Lake State Park beach, grab some food, or rent a boat (motorized or other). Sit out on the dock and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake or swim in the wake free, deep water cove. Biking and walking trails are on the New River Trail (15 minutes away). Easy to moderate walking trails of various lengths ranging from 1-3 miles only 3 minutes away. A public access boat ramp is only 3 minutes away as well. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 queen and 1 king bed with new Casper mattresses. In spring of 2024, this home was renovated throughout the interior with new flooring, paint, new kitchen and bathrooms and new furniture. The following are accessible by driving: Claytor Lake State Park 5 minutes, Falls State Park 35 minutes, The Draper Village/New River Trail 15 minutes, Radford University 15 minutes, Virginia Tech 25 minutes, Chateau Morrisette 1 hour, The Cascades 1 hour. Amenities include: - Smoke Free - Large Double Decker Dock - Fire Pit (in ground) - Fishing - Gas Grill (propane not furnished), Outdoor Furniture - smart TV, Land’s End Towels and linens provided-Fully Equipped Kitchen-parking for up to 3 vehicles-no events, no parties, no pets, and no large gatherings are permitted. Perfect family house on the lake! Our kids spent countless hours fishing and jumping into the water for a swim. The dock and deck space was amazing! The hosts kept us informed without being overbearing. We will definitely be renting this property again!

We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes and this one ranks in the top for cleanliness, amenities, ease of check in, etc. we stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from VT and would highly recommend it to others looking to do the same. It was easy access to Blacksburg but away from the busyness. Plus there’s so much to do on property. My family really enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful, clean, newly renovated lake house and our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was extremely responsive and recommended restaurants for us that we enjoyed. The fall leaves were in HOKIE colors and the walks we took were beautiful. A very relaxing and fun stay for our family

Property was very nice. Great location and easy access to the lake. Dock was super nice and accommodating we were able to tie our boats up and walk right out and get on them
