Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, furniture and appliances in good shape. The kitchen/living room space was smaller than expected, but served our family well. We were disappointed that we could not access the back yard. The fence was locked.

We had a great stay at this house!!The house was nice, clean, and we had plenty of room for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen was great for getting our day started before heading to the boardwalk which is a short walk.Luckily, this house is located close to places for the few things that we forgot to pack. The hosts was great! They was quick to respond to questions and very accomidating. This was our first experience with Vrbo and they made it a great one!

The place was as advertised. Clean place and everything we needed was there in the house - towels, sheets, spices. The instructions were clear and check in and check out were easy. Having access to beach chairs was also a bonus. Owner was always quick with communication. The backyard was fantastic. Great area to eat and hang out. My only issue was that the grill needed to be cleaned. We used it and it worked, but it definitely needs a proper cleaning.

Overall we were very happy. Every room was functionally a bedroom which can give the feeling of being packed in like sardines, but with the location being very good I think you accept some of those tradeoffs and as I said we had a great time and I was quite pleased in the broader context.
