UNIT 304 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.
UNIT 304 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.
Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.
Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.
There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs.
A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.
There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#1144430 (unit 303) for availability, and reserve both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!
Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Fantastic view. Outdoor balcony 10/10. Loved having both the pool and the beach as options. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, paddle board all conveniently provided. Kitchen well stocked to make simple meals. If you are a light sleeper, be aware you can hear the unit above walking around, but didn’t impact our enjoyment.We would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

This place has everything!! From amazing views all the way down to a sunhat & beach bag. They literally thought of everything that you may need. My little one loved the pool and the variety of beach toys available for her to use. Checking in & out was easy & convenient. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. You can also hop on the trolley for 5/day and take it to Clearwater which is about 10 minutes away. We definitely recommend Tommy’s On The Beach & look forward to staying again in the future!

This was probably the best VRBO rental we’ve been in. The location was amazing. It was the perfect time of year - early October- and it wasn’t busy at all. The location is amazing. Great beach view and easy walk down the steps, past the pool to the beach. Great restaurants close by. The host was amazing. The place has everything needed for a great beach visit.

Our family has been visiting IRB for 30 years, and this property exceeds all expectations. Extremely clean, ease of checkin, and response of the manager was exceptional. We will definitely be rebooking with Tommy’s on the beach!
